Website Privacy Notice
Scope. This notice covers one thing: the information you send us through the request-access form on www.parcyon.com. It does not describe the data inside the Parcyon platform or the terms of any customer agreement — those are governed by the agreement you sign with us.
1. What we collect
Only what you type into the form and choose to send:
- Name and company
- Phone and email
- Market, trade, and crew size — so we know which territory you're asking about
Every field is one you filled in yourself. We don't buy, append, or enrich it.
2. What we don't collect
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies. Nothing on the page calls out to another company's server. We don't build a profile of you and we don't know you visited unless you submit the form.
3. What we do with it
- Contact you about your access request and set up your territory.
- Answer your questions about Parcyon.
That's the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or share your submission with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Our form is hosted on Netlify, which processes submissions on our behalf under its own terms and does not use them for its own purposes.
4. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it's clear you're not becoming a customer — whichever comes first.
5. Getting it deleted
Email hmoorman@parcyon.com and ask. We'll delete your submission and confirm. You don't have to give a reason.
6. Changes
If we change what we collect on this site, we'll update this notice and the effective date above.
